What started out about 5 years ago as a simple buy-and-sell venture  has now grown into a flourishing fashion bag business with an international following. Mostly beaded, woven and embroidered mediums are utilized in the creation of these very chic and colorful bags, jackets and accessories.

About 70 to 80% of the sales are from International wholesale and store orders obtained from agents and from joining trade shows abroad.  The local market is addressed through the website, a high end mall and  online platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. 
As per owner, 2018 gross sales reached about 3.4 million Philippine Pesos (US$64 thousand) with an average net income margin of 48%.

The owner is looking for an equity partner with the proper experience and business network to help grow the business internationally by joining more trade shows. Ideally, the partner will be involved in the marketing & sales side of the business while the owner retains creative freedom and focuses more on the design aspect of the products.

This equity partner shall own 40% of the business and shall be entitled to the corresponding share of all profits. Dividend payouts from earnings in the company shall be discussed and agreed-upon between the owner and the partner.
